Tenure-track researcher in Criminal Law. Solicitor. She currently teaches Environmental Criminal Law and Juvenile Criminal Law at the University of Salerno. A former PhD holder and research fellow in Criminal Law, she has held various teaching posts in Criminal Law, Environmental Criminal Law and the Special Part of Criminal Law at the University of Salerno and at the SSPL. She has been a member of, and is in charge of, various research projects funded by the University’s Basic Research Fund (formerly 60%). She has delivered numerous presentations at conferences and in-depth seminars on topics relating to criminal law, the special part of criminal law, and environmental criminal law.
