Born in 1988, in 2013 he graduated in Law with 110 cum laude from the University of Bologna, discussing a thesis on criminal law. Since 2016 he has been qualified to practice law and since 2018 he has been enrolled in the Modena Bar Association (since 2020 in the special list of university lecturers and researchers). In 2018, he obtained his PhD in Legal Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with excellent marks and honours; he then won two research grants at the same location. From 2020 to 2023 he was Researcher type A at the University of Salento; since November 2023 he has been Researcher type B at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he teaches Criminal Law and Labour Criminal Law. In 2024 he was awarded the National Scientific Qualification to hold the position of Professor of the second rank.
