Biography

In 2023 he was awarded the national scientific qualification for second-rank professorship (associate professor) in SSD IUS/17.
Also in 2023, he won the comparative evaluation for a post of university researcher pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 3, letter b) of Law no. 240 of 30 December 2010, for SSD IUS/17 (Criminal Law), announced by the University of Messina.
He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Series of the Department of Law of the University of Messina.
He has delivered papers at numerous conferences, including international ones. He has lectured at the Higher School of the Magistracy, doctoral schools, forensic schools, university master's degree courses and postgraduate training courses.
He is on the teaching roll of the Superior School of the Magistracy.
